Delivery was five minutes before scheduled time. The driver brought food and directly informed us he'd forgotten egg rolls and went back to get them. I was SO pleased by this! With a past delivery service, if something was forgotten or omitted, you couldn't complain about it. They either ignored you or dropped you from their customer list. This service was easy to subscribe to, fast efficient, etc hope they maintain their high quality😀
I highly recommend using this delivery company. I’ve tried DoorDash one time and all that got me was a rude driver and a couple months later, almost $100 scammed from my account. Never had that happen with these guys!! They’re much more personal and care about their customers. Tonight, I was having a hard time remembering my password and the website was acting up. I called and actually heard a human answer the phone!! The lady was more than happy to help me and took my order over the phone. It’s nice to know not everything is strictly online only these days. 100% would recommend. if you are from Boone or visiting Boone this is the best delivery place to order from. Drivers are always nice and the office is always welcome to help you with anything I wouldn't recommend anything better because this place is it. I always get my food on time and I tip so good because these drivers deserve it for their hard work. even during the worst weather they are always happy to delivery anywhere. This place is the best!!!!
